Assembled Turbo Charger is examined by Vision Inspection System for wrong assembly of Stud Bolts, Gaskets, Washer, Flange/Hexa Bolts, Clips, etc.
Wireless Torque Wrench
Wireless Communication Module(RFID) adopted Torque Wrench is used, optimal torque is managed.
Line Management System(LMS) is interlocked.
High Precision Turbo Charger Skid
High precision Turbo Charger Skid is applied. Skid is lifted for operator fatigue or rotated (90˚, 180˚, 270˚, 360˚) by cylinder.
2 Level Conveyor System
2 level conveyor system is configured for smooth of multiple Skids.
Barcode Management on Each Ass’y Section
Barcode is scanned on each assembly section manually/automatically for production management and monitoring.
Line Management System(LMS)
Real-time production management and line status is displayed by graphical interface.
Data Base(DB) Establish
Data Base(DB) is established with Line Management System(LMS) from Torque Test, Leak Test and Vision Inspection. All test information, history of materials and traceability is possible.

Material Box Lift
Automatic Material Box Lift is used for operator’s fatigue and convenience. 5~6 boxes can be stacked and lift up as much as single box height automatically.
MES Interface
Line Management System(LMS) & Data Base(DB) can be interlocked with customer’s network for MES.
